what makes an arabic script hair clip different?
arabic is a cursive script — every letter connects to the next, and the flow of a name changes depending on the letters within it. this means you can't just stamp or print an arabic name onto a clip and call it personalised. each name has to be individually set, crystal by crystal, to follow the natural curves of the script.
at kanella, every clip is hand-set to order using high-grade crystals on premium cellulose acetate. we translate your name for you if needed, or use your preferred spelling. the result is a clip that reads beautifully in arabic — not a rough approximation of it.
