All Sales Final Because every Kanella Clip is individually personalized and handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or spelling errors made by the customer. Please review your customization details carefully before checking out.
Damages & Issues We stand by our quality. Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shopkanella.com. Please include a photo of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right immediately.
Cancellations & Modifications We begin processing orders immediately. If you need to cancel your order or fix a typo, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period Exception: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to "Custom-made or personalized goods." Therefore, our standard "All Sales Final" policy applies to all Kanella personalized clips.
