Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide from our London studio. Whether you are in the UK or ordering internationally, we offer tracked shipping to ensure your curated accessories arrive safely.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Once your custom piece is finished curing (approx. 3-4 weeks after ordering), it will be shipped via the method you select at checkout.

United Kingdom

UK Royal Mail Tracked 48: FREE over £39

Priority Processing (Express): £4.99

Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping (Small Parcel Tracked)

Europe: £19.90

USA & Canada: £19.90

Rest of World: £29.90

Estimated delivery: 5-15 business days after dispatch depending on location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches your destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges, as Kanella has no control over these fees.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an automated email with your tracking number the moment your label is created.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update once the courier collects the parcel.

If you have not received a tracking email after 4 weeks, please check your Spam folder, then contact us at hello@shopkanella.com.

Address Changes

We begin processing orders immediately. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at hello@shopkanella.com with the subject line "URGENT: Address Change" within 1 hour of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after this window.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items: We pack every Kanella Clip with extreme care. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@shopkanella.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will make it right.

Lost Packages: Kanella is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure you have a safe place for your delivery. If your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact us so we can file a claim with the courier on your behalf.
